- There is a 72-hour cancellation policy, all payments are non-refundable past 72 hours approaching the date of arrival.
- If you are unable to make it to your stay, your room is still reschedulable up to a year in advance, provided the dates are available. However, even after rescheduling, if your reservation was within the 72-hour period of the original booking, it will remain non-refundable.
- Failure to arrive to your reservation will still result in a full, non-refundable charge.
- Extra persons beyond room capacity are not permitted. If guests fail to comply to this policy, they are subject to additional charges, and may have to either upgrade to a room with larger capacity, or purchase an additional room to house extra persons to continue to stay with us.
- Check-in begins at 3:00 pm. The front desk will be attended for check-ins until 11:00 pm.
- If you are checking in later than 11:00 pm, please call the provided numbers to set up a late check-in, provided with the time of your arrival.
If you do not provide proper warning, there is no guarantee you will be checked into your room past operational hours.
- Check-out is at 11:00 am. Late checkouts may be requested at the front desk. With or without request, guests are liable to late checkout charges of $25 for each hour beyond 11:00 am.
- No late checkouts on weekends or holidays.
- There is a two-night minimum stay on holidays unless in the case of single night availability remaining on the day of. Please call the front desk to inquire.
- The mineral pools open at 6:00 am for guests, 7:00 am for the public. The pools close at 11:00 pm for both guests and the public. No Exceptions.
- Guests have complimentary access to the mineral pools from their check-in until check-out at 11:00 am, past check-out they are required to purchase a public soak pass to continue to use the pools for the day, until closing.
- Excessive Drinking is not permitted.
- While alcohol is permitted to be kept in the rooms, provided the guest is of legal age- it is not permitted outdoors around the mineral pools. Violators may be subject to removal or charge.
- No excessive noise allowed. A $50 fee will be charged for disturbing other guests.
- Smoking/vaping is not permitted anywhere on our properties. A $50 fee will be charged for smoking or vaping in the rooms.
- A $25 fee will be charged for lost room keys. It is not recommended for guests to keep room keys on their person while floating the river.
- All buildings besides the Spa Rooms are pet-friendly. There is a $25 pet fee per pet per night. Please take into consideration that because of such, there is a risk of allergens in pet-friendly areas for those affected. Please do not leave pets unattended.
