Repeated violation of our policy regarding our ban against the possession of alcohol on property may also result in removal.

There are also risks involved with use of hot springs while intoxicated.
The use of hot springs may naturally increase your heartrate, as well as lower blood pressure. This is safe for most individuals without any conditions that would put them at risk, and it is important to take soaking in moderation with proper hydration. We encourage guests to be mindful of their bodies and takes breaks when needed, and drink plenty of water. There is even LHSI Mineral Water available for purchase at the front desk.

However, consumption of a
lcohol can further increase one's heartrate and intensify the rate of dehydration. Being in the hot springs after/during the consumption of alcohol can heighten the risk of lightheadedness, falling, or fainting. Mixing that with getting out of the pools and traversing any wet or slick hard wooden and concrete surfaces, or simply being within the water itself, can impose potential danger if any loss of consciousness, imbalance, or dizziness occurs.
Lava Hot Springs Inn is not liable to any injuries resulting from the personal behavior and conduct of customers.

We ask that guests be mindful and respectful of our space and policies.
Thank you.
